Orders are processed by our San Francisco, California operations team within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 5:00 PM local time or on weekends/holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been accepted into our fulfillment queue.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs inspections, carrier delays, or force majeure events.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, selected carrier, and package weight. Promotional free-shipping offers will be clearly shown before you confirm payment. Any additional fees charged by carriers for remote areas will be communicated before dispatch.
A tracking number will be emailed to you once the order leaves our warehouse. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update. If you do not receive tracking details, please contact us at support[at]hypereal.tech with your order number.
We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, or customs clearance charges. Refusal to pay customs fees may result in the package being returned or destroyed; in such cases, refunds will be issued in accordance with our Refund Policy after deducting applicable fees.
Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and recipient name are accurate. Our team is not responsible for delays or additional fees caused by incorrect address details. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, reshipping charges will apply.
All parcels are insured up to their declared value. If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product. Lost shipments will be investigated with the carrier; replacements or refunds will follow the carrier's official confirmation.
Certain items may be subject to export or import restrictions. We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders that cannot be shipped legally to your destination. Digital-only products will be delivered electronically to the email address associated with your account.
